Outlook Tasks "To-Do-List" Folder

The "To-Do-List" folder in the "Tasks" area of Outlook generally contains a listing of all not completed tasks. Use the Control y key command and your down or up arrow key to move to this folder. Hit the Enter key one time to open the "To-Do-List" folder. Use your down arrow key to see the tasks in this folder. When you are done you can use the Control y key command, and then your down or up arrow key to move back to the main "Tasks" folder. Hit the Enter key one time and you will be placed back in the "Tasks" folder. Do the following activity to read what is in the "To-Do-List" folder and then move back to the "Tasks" folder. When you are finished move to the link at the bottom of this page titled "BACK" to go to the "Outlook Lessons" web page.

1. Open Outlook.

2. Press Control 4 to move to the "Tasks" area of Outlook.

3. Press Control y.

4. Up or down arrow to the "To-Do-List" folder.

5. Hit the Enter key one time.

6. Down arrow through the tasks in the "To-Do-List" folder.

7. Press Control y.

8. Up or down arrow to the main "Tasks" folder.

9. Hit the Enter key one time and you will be placed in the "Tasks" folder.
